Pier

For over a century, the iconic green-and-white Star Ferries have plied the waters of Victoria Harbour, connecting the piers at Tsim Sha Tsui, Central, and Wan Chai. Although the piers themselves have undergone numerous changes—and even relocations—over the years, the service remains one of Hong Kong’s most popular attractions.

Passengers can board at any of the three piers; the Tsim Sha Tsui pier offers convenient access to popular destinations such as the Avenue of Stars and the Hong Kong Cultural Centre. On Hong Kong Island, the Central pier is situated near the city's commercial and entertainment hubs, while the Wan Chai pier is adjacent to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Each pier houses a variety of shops offering diverse services, and the Central and Wan Chai piers also feature exhibition and event spaces available for public rental.
